I want to thank you for keeping me informed about what was going on, letting me know in advance who you were sending, respecting my time, and most of all, your timely response to any concerns regarding installation. It was reassuring to have your support. I am usually very uncomfortable when work is being done in the house, but not this time. I trusted them in the house when I wasn’t home and when I was. In truth, I have a hard time describing them as ‘installers’ or ‘workmen’ because I found them to be more like friends. They were professional, polite, friendly, and simply put-nice guys.
I just wanted to let both of you know how thrilled we are with the way our bathroom looks. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and while still small, we made great use of the little space we had.
